DESCRIPTION

FIT-221-3/16-BL007 is a heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. Constructed from cross-linked polyolefin material, it features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a full recovery temperature of 121°C and minimum shrink temperature of 90°C. The tubing operates over a temperature range of -55 to 135°C and offers excellent mechanical properties including tensile strength of 1500 psi minimum and elongation of 200% minimum. It meets UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 at 600V, as well as AMS-DTL-23053/5 specifications. This tubing is ideal for electrical insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection in various industrial and electronic applications.
