DESCRIPTION

FIT221V1/16-BLACK-25X4 is a cross-linked polyolefin heat shrinkable tubing designed for wire and cable insulation, bundling, and protection applications. This tubing features a 2:1 shrink ratio with a temperature range of -55 to 135°C and a full recovery temperature of 121°C. It offers excellent mechanical properties including a minimum tensile strength of 1500 psi and elongation of 200% minimum. The tubing is UL Standard 224 and CSA Standard 198 rated for 600V, and complies with AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 specifications. Common applications include electrical insulation, strain relief, and environmental protection in industrial and electronic assemblies.
