AZ2160-1C-12DEF is a miniature power relay featuring a single Form C (SPDT) contact arrangement designed for general-purpose switching applications. The relay offers 40 A switching capability with AgSnO2 (silver tin oxide) contact material, supporting switched power ratings up to 900 W or 10,000 VA, and operates with a 12 VDC nominal coil voltage (must operate at 9.0 VDC, maximum continuous 17.5 VDC). It delivers exceptional reliability with a mechanical life expectancy of 10 million operations and electrical life of 100,000 cycles at 125 VAC resistive load, while maintaining a contact resistance of =20 mO. The relay features a compact form factor (31.8 mm length × 26.9 mm width × 19.1 mm height), operates across a temperature range of -55°C to 105°C (Class F coil), and includes both PCB and quick-connect terminal options.
