DESCRIPTION

AZ821-2C-24DE is a subminiature DIP relay designed for compact board spacing applications with a low profile form factor. It features a DPDT (2 Form C) contact arrangement with gold/silver alloy gold-plated contacts, capable of switching up to 60 W or 120 VA with a maximum current of 2 A. The relay operates with a 24 VDC nominal coil voltage, 1050 O coil resistance (±10%), and must operate at 18.0 VDC, with a maximum continuous voltage of 42.2 VDC. It offers high reliability with mechanical life expectancy of 15 million operations, typical operate time of 3 ms, and dielectric strength of 1000 Vrms coil to contact. The relay fits standard 16-pin IC sockets, is epoxy sealed for automatic wave soldering and cleaning, and meets FCC Part 68.302 (1500 V lightning surge) and FCC Part 68.304 (1000 V dielectric) requirements.
