DESCRIPTION

D38999/20WE35SN is a MIL-DTL-38999 Series III circular connector plug designed for military, aerospace, and harsh environment applications. This connector features a shell size 20 configuration with an insert arrangement supporting size 23 contacts only, providing high-density contact density for compact installations. The connector is rated for service temperatures up to 175°C maximum and incorporates electroless nickel plating (W service class) with optimum EMI shielding effectiveness of -65 dB @ 10 GHz minimum and 48-hour salt spray corrosion resistance. The hermetic design with solder termination standard makes it suitable for demanding aerospace and military applications requiring reliable interconnection in extreme environments.
