DESCRIPTION
L77SDD50STA113 is a high-density D-Sub connector featuring 78 solder-cup contacts with stamped and formed brass contacts selected for gold plating in the mating area. The connector is constructed with a steel shell (tin over nickel plated) and glass-filled thermoplastic insulator (UL 94V-0), providing robust mechanical and electrical performance. It operates at 3A current rating and 250V AC/rms 60Hz voltage rating, with a withstanding voltage of 1000V AC/rms for one minute and insulation resistance of 5000MO at 500V DC. The connector supports a mating force of 15.82 kg (34.96 lb) maximum and unmating force of 2.02 kg (4.46 lb) minimum, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C.
