DESCRIPTION
The L77SDEH09S is a D-SUB connector receptacle designed for standard density, 9-position configurations with socket contacts and rear-insert 4-40 mounting. The connector features a steel shell with 100 µ" tin over 50 µ" nickel over 50 µ" minimum copper plating, and a glass-filled thermoplastic PBT body rated UL94V-0 for flame resistance. Contacts are made of copper alloy with gold flash over 50 µ" nickel on the mating area and 100 µ" tin over 50 µ" nickel on the solder area, ensuring reliable electrical performance. The connector is rated for 250 VAC/RMS at 60 Hz with a current rating of 3 AMP, withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC/RMS for 1 minute, and contact resistance of 20 mOhms. With insulation resistance exceeding 1000 MO and RoHS compliance, this connector is suitable for industrial control systems, instrumentation, and data acquisition applications requiring robust, reliable interconnection.
