DESCRIPTION
The 10125116-214LF is a Quickie® shrouded header connector designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with a low-profile form factor and dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector is rated for 1A continuous current with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 750V AC, an insulation resistance of 1×105 MO minimum, and operates reliably over a temperature range of -65°C to +105°C. The phosphor-bronze pins are plated with tin over 1.27 µm nickel, providing duplex plating that guarantees 100+ mating cycles and cost-effective performance. This connector is ideal for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications where reliable flat cable termination is required.
