DESCRIPTION

The 65846-003LF is a PV® dual-metal crimp receptacle terminal designed for the versatile PV® Wire-to-Board and Wire-to-Wire Connector System. This terminal features a unique dual-metal design with a beryllium copper spring that ensures high normal force at the mating interface and durability up to 1000 mating cycles. The receptacle is compatible with 0.025 inch (0.635 mm) square posts and supports wire sizes from 18 to 36 AWG depending on spring force selection (Standard, High, or Ultra-high). The terminal operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and delivers a current rating of 3.0 A with 32 AWG wire, with higher ratings available for larger wire gauges. This connector is ideal for automotive, industrial, consumer, medical, and instrumentation applications where high-density, high-reliability interconnections are required.
