DESCRIPTION

The 65863-055LF is a Quickie® shrouded IDC PCB connector designed for reliable flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shielded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector is constructed with blue thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated), phosphor-bronze pins, and duplex tin plating over 1.27µm nickel, delivering 100+ mating cycle performance. Operating across -65°C to +105°C with a 1A continuous current rating and 750V AC dielectric withstanding voltage, this connector is well-suited for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications where cost-effective, durable board-to-cable terminations are required.
