DESCRIPTION

The 72309-7024BLF is a Universal Serial Bus Type-A double-deck receptacle connector manufactured by Amphenol ICC/FCI. This connector features a USB A cable style design with optional back shell configuration and front grounding arms, constructed from copper alloy contacts and shell with UL 94-V-O rated thermoplastic housing. The connector is specified with 50µ" nickel underplate, 30µ" gold contact area, and 100µ" matte tin tail area with a 3.84mm tail length, and is rated for lead-free reflow processing at 260°C peak temperature for 40 seconds. The product is designed for high-reliability USB applications requiring robust mechanical and electrical performance, with recommended PCB board thickness of 1.57mm and compliance with European Union directives and regulations as described in GS-22-008.
