DESCRIPTION

The 75867-302LF is a right-angle shrouded IDC header connector from Amphenol's FCI Basics Quickie® series, designed for flat cable-to-board connections using 2.54mm pitch IDC technology. It features a four-walled shrouded design for pin protection and misalignment prevention, with dual polarization to prevent connector mismating. The connector is constructed with blue thermoplastic housing (UL94V-0 rated) and phosphor-bronze pins with tin plating over 1.27µm nickel, delivering reliable performance across 100+ mating cycles. With a current rating of 1A continuous, insulation resistance of 1×105MO minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V RMS, this connector is suitable for electronic control systems, servers, communication equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, and medical applications operating from -65°C to +105°C.
