DESCRIPTION

The 76347-302LF is a lead-free crimp contact designed for wire barrel termination applications. It features phosphor bronze terminal material with a lead-free plating specification consisting of 2 µm minimum matte tin over 1.27 µm minimum nickel underplate, meeting RoHS compatibility requirements. The contact is configured for 22–30 AWG wire sizes with a wire barrel dimension of 1.6 mm × 1.6 mm and a contact thickness of 0.3 mm, accommodating insulation diameters in the range of 0.9–1.5 mm. The product is supplied on reels using reeling method R with 15,000 products per reel, making it suitable for high-volume automated assembly and wire harness manufacturing applications.
