DESCRIPTION

D15S91C6GV00LF is a 15-pin D-Sub press-fit connector designed for direct PCB mounting without soldering, featuring harpoon termination with M3 female screw mounting and electrical continuity. The connector meets DIN 41652 and MIL-C-24308 dimensional standards and is compatible with PCB thicknesses of 1.6 mm and 2.4 mm. It delivers a maximum current rating of 5A, rated voltage of 300V RMS, contact resistance below 25 mO, and insulation resistance exceeding 5000 mO, with an operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. The press-fit design eliminates soldering processes, reducing assembly costs while maintaining durability of 200+ mating cycles and meeting retention torque requirements of 0.7 NM minimum. This connector is ideal for industrial, telecommunications, and commercial electronics applications requiring robust and reliable I/O interconnection.
