DESCRIPTION
F52R-1A7H1-11022 is a right-angle ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) flex connector designed for FFC/FPC cable termination with a slider mechanism and top contact configuration. The connector features a 1.00mm pitch, 2.00mm height, and supports 4 to 34 contact positions with a cable thickness of 0.30mm, utilizing phosphor bronze contacts with 0.05µm minimum gold plating. It delivers robust electrical performance with a 50V AC/DC voltage rating, 0.5A current rating, and maximum contact resistance of 30mO, while maintaining high mechanical durability of 30 mating cycles and FFC/FPC retention force of 30gf/pin. The connector operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C and is constructed with LCP housing (UL94V-0) and PA9T slider material, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, communication, consumer, and medical applications where vibration resistance and high solderability are essential.
