DESCRIPTION
HFW4S-2STE1HLF is a 1.00mm pitch non-ZIF straight FFC/FPC connector designed for surface mount applications with a height of 5.3mm. The connector features a Non-ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) mechanism with strong FFC/FPC retention force of 0.35N/contact minimum, ensuring vibration-proof operation and easy handling. It is constructed with LCP housing (UL94V-0), phosphor bronze contacts, and lead-free matte tin plating, supporting electrical ratings of 100V AC/DC and 1.0A AC/DC with a contact resistance of 30mO maximum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for automotive, industrial, telecommunications, consumer, and medical applications including car multimedia, navigation systems, displays, and medical devices.
