DESCRIPTION
The HLW10S-2C7LF is a 1.00mm pitch non-ZIF FFC-FPC connector designed for flexible flat cable and flexible printed circuit connections with top contact configuration. This through-hole connector features a height of 3.9mm for right-angle orientation and 5.9mm for straight orientation, supporting 4 to 32 contact positions with lead-free tin plating. The connector delivers a contact resistance of 30mO maximum, insulation resistance of 500MO minimum, and dielectric withstanding voltage of 500V A.C. at 1mA for 1 minute, with a voltage rating of 100V A.C./D.C. and current rating of 1.0A A.C./D.C. Operating across a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C with strong FFC/FPC retention force of 0.49N/contact minimum, this connector is widely used in automotive dashboards, LCD and OLED displays, industrial controllers, medical devices such as patient monitors and infusion pumps, and telecommunications equipment.
