DESCRIPTION
SFV14R-2STE1HLF is a right-angle Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) FFC/FPC connector designed for reliable cable connections with minimal insertion effort. The connector features a top contact configuration with phosphor bronze contacts and tabs, housed in black LCP material (UL94V-0), and accommodates cable thickness of 0.3mm with a compact height of 1.8mm. Electrical specifications include a 50V A.C./D.C. voltage rating, 0.5A current rating, and contact resistance of 30mO maximum, with FPC retention force of 0.25N/contact minimum (gold plating). The connector operates reliably across -55°C to +105°C, supports 20 mating cycles, and is halogen-free and RoHS compliant, making it ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, displays, and industrial control applications where vibration resistance and high solderability are essential.
