DESCRIPTION
The SFW11R-2STE1LF is a 1.00 mm ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) right-angle FFC-FPC connector designed for surface mount applications with top contact configuration. This connector features a compact height of 2.7 mm and supports 4 to 30 contact positions, with lead-free tin plating and a high-temperature, dimensionally stable LCP housing (UL 94 V-0). It delivers robust electrical performance with a voltage rating of 100 V AC/DC, current rating of 1.0 A AC/DC, contact resistance of 30 mO maximum, and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C. The ZIF mechanism provides stress-free mating with strong FFC/FPC retention (0.68 N/contact minimum), ensuring vibration-proof operation and high durability through 20 mating cycles, making it ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, LCD/OLED displays, industrial controllers, and medical equipment.
