DESCRIPTION
SFW8R-4STE1LF is a 1.00 mm pitch ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) right-angle FFC-FPC connector from the SFW-R series, designed for surface mount applications with top and bottom contact options. The connector features a compact height of 2.7 mm, operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +105°C, and is constructed with LCP housing (UL 94 V-0), phosphor bronze contacts, and brass tabs for durability and reliability. It delivers a voltage rating of 100 V AC/DC, current rating of 1.0 A AC/DC, and maintains a maximum contact resistance of 30 mO with an insulation resistance of 500 MO minimum, ensuring excellent electrical performance. The connector is lead-free with matte tin plating, RoHS compliant, and provides strong FFC/FPC retention force of 0.68 N/contact minimum, making it ideal for automotive multimedia, navigation systems, displays, industrial controllers, and medical equipment where vibration resistance and reliable cable retention are essential.
