DESCRIPTION

The M85049/51-1-14N is a 90° strain relief clamp designed to tidy up cabling and provide good strain relief at the termination area. Constructed from aluminum alloy and stainless steel, this backshell features a conductive, RoHS-compliant electroless nickel finish. This finish provides an operating temperature range of -65°C to +200°C and 96 hours of salt spray resistance. Specified for a size 14 connector shell, it requires an assembly torque of 40 inch-pounds. It is a cost-effective and weight-saving cable holding option for applications where environmental protection is not a primary concern, such as inside-the-box wiring.
