DESCRIPTION

The 132-WASH-GLD is a brass lock washer with gold plating designed to provide secure fastening and prevent loosening of bolted connections. The washer features a split-ring design with 16 equally-spaced teeth that create a locking action when compressed, with an outer diameter of 10.20 mm (0.402 inches) and an inner diameter of 8.00 mm (0.315 inches). The product is finished with nickel plating (100 µin minimum) over copper plating (50 µin minimum), followed by gold plating (50 µin minimum) over the nickel, and is passivated per OQ-P-35 specifications. This lock washer is commonly used in electronic assemblies, RF connectors, and precision fastening applications where vibration resistance and corrosion protection are essential.
