DESCRIPTION

MB5CKN0600-S1 is an M23 Elite Checkmate circular DIN connector designed for demanding industrial applications requiring robust signal and power transmission. The connector features a quick-locking Checkmate coupling system with distinctive alignment arrows and lock/unlock symbols, operating over a temperature range of -20°C to +130°C with IP67 rating and RoHS compliance. It incorporates 360° shielding, a 330° rotatable base design for 90° receptacles, and a cable clamping range of 4.5mm to 17mm, with zinc die-cast nickel-plated housing for durability. The connector has been vibration and shock tested up to 20g and 50g respectively in three axes, ensuring reliable performance in servo drive encoder feedback, robotic, packaging, and automation environments where compact and reliable control signal transmission is critical.
