MC3CG-S1 is an M23 Elite Checkmate circular DIN connector designed for demanding industrial applications requiring robust signal and power transmission. The connector features a quick-locking Checkmate coupling system with distinctive alignment arrows and lock/unlock symbols, enabling faster assembly with fewer components in a compact design. It supports multiple configurations including Power Series (6, 8, 9 positions at 30A max current, 630V max voltage), Signal Series (12, 16, 17 positions at 10A max current, 160V or 125V), and Hybrid Series (8, 15 positions combining power, signal, and Ethernet data). The housing is zinc die-cast with nickel plating, features 360° shielding, and operates reliably from -20°C to +130°C with vibration and shock resistance up to 20g and 50g respectively in three axes. This connector is ideal for servo drive encoder feedback, packaging, robotic, printing, machine tool, medical, and automation environments where control signal transmission or power delivery must be robust and compact.
