DESCRIPTION

The 191-2601-114 is a Spectra-Zip® planar cable consisting of 14 conductors of 26 AWG 7/34 strand tinned copper, insulated with gray PVC on 0.050" centers, and featuring a red edge for identification. The cable is specifically designed for mass termination with IDC type connectors and includes a tear feature that allows easy, uniform breakouts without rupturing the insulation. It offers a balanced combination of economy, reliable performance, weight and space savings, with controlled electrical characteristics including 300 volts rating, 1.5 amps nominal current, 92 ohms impedance, and low-cost termination capabilities. The cable is ideal for general-purpose interconnection in electronic products ranging from calculators and automobiles to computers and switching networks, where cost-effective, reliable performance is required.
