C09111D0040014U is an M16 D circular DIN connector from Amphenol's signalmate® C091 family, designed for industrial applications requiring robust signal and power connections with environmental protection. The connector features a metal screw coupling system, thermoplastic dielectric material, and silver/gold contact plating, supporting 18 thru 28 AWG wire sizes with solder and crimp termination options. It provides IP65/67/69K protection when mated, operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, and delivers excellent EMI shielding capability with 360° shielding available. The connector supports current ratings of 2-3 positions at 10A, 5-8 positions at 7A, and 12-14 positions at 3A at +40°C, with contact resistance below 5mO and insulation resistance exceeding 10¹² O.
