DESCRIPTION

The 1412NC2 is a momentary pushbutton switch from the 1400N series designed for snap-in mounting with a square plunger and solder lug terminals in normally closed (NC) configuration. It features butt action contacts with double break design and is available with silver contacts rated at 6A 12VDC or copper silver-plated contacts rated at 3A 12VDC. The switch exhibits an initial contact resistance of 10 mO, insulation resistance of 1.000 MO minimum at 500VDC, and dielectric strength of 1.500 Vrms between terminals and 2.000 Vrms between terminals and metal panel. With an electrical life of 10,000 cycles at full load and operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, this switch is suitable for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and consumer appliances requiring reliable momentary switching action.
