DESCRIPTION

ISR3SAD100 is a sealed momentary pushbutton switch from the IS series, featuring a curved actuator with solder lug terminals and a threaded bushing design for secure panel mounting. The switch is sealed to IP67 according to IEC 60529, providing protection against dust and water ingress, and incorporates tactile feedback with a typical operating force of 4 N ± 3 N and total travel of 1.7 mm. Electrical specifications include a maximum current/voltage rating of 400 mA at 32 VAC or 100 mA at 48 VDC, with an electrical life of 500,000 cycles at full load and mechanical life of 1,000,000 cycles. The switch operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and demonstrates excellent environmental resistance including shock (100 g), vibration (10-500 Hz, 10 g), and salt spray resistance. This compact, lightweight switch is ideal for industrial control panels, instrumentation, and applications requiring sealed, reliable momentary switching with tactile feedback.
