DESCRIPTION
The IXR5W16M is a momentary pushbutton switch from the IX series, featuring a combined Normally Closed/Normally Open (NC/NO) electrical function and designed for use in harsh environments. It has a round, red elastomeric actuator and is terminated with 500 mm AWG24 flying leads for easy connection. The switch is equipped with silver contacts rated for 2 A at 28 VDC with an electrical life of 100,000 cycles. It offers strong tactile feedback with a typical operating force of 7 N and a total travel of 2 mm. Thanks to its high sealing level of IP67 and IP69K and a wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C, this switch is ideal for demanding applications where reliability and durability are critical.
