DESCRIPTION
The ASA03G24-LS is a 10-watt isolated DC-DC converter from the ASA series designed for applications requiring a 2.5V output at up to 3A from an 18-36V input supply. This fully encapsulated module features a wide 2:1 input voltage range and delivers 7.5W maximum power with 1500 VDC input-to-output isolation, making it suitable for ruggedized and harsh environment applications. The converter operates at 350 kHz switching frequency with ±2.0% voltage tolerance, ±0.8% line regulation, and ±1.2% load regulation, ensuring stable and precise output performance. With a compact 1.25 x 0.8 inch (31.7 x 20.3 mm) metal case and 0.4 inch (10.2 mm) height, it integrates easily into space-constrained designs. The module is rated for -40°C to +60°C operating temperature with no derating, includes auto-restart short-circuit protection, and meets UL/CSA 62368-1 and CE safety standards, making it ideal for industrial, telecommunications, and embedded power applications.
