DESCRIPTION

The AYA01B12-L is a 3W isolated DC-DC converter designed for low-power applications. It accepts a wide 2:1 input voltage range from 9V to 18V DC and delivers a regulated 12V output at up to 0.25A. This model achieves a high efficiency of 87% and features 1500 Vdc of I/O isolation, continuous short-circuit protection, and a low noise/ripple of 70 mV. Housed in a compact DIP package, it is suitable for use in data communication equipment, industrial automation, and mobile battery-powered systems.
