DESCRIPTION
SMT20C2-00SADJJ is a high-density, surface-mount, non-isolated DC-DC converter designed for space-sensitive applications requiring wide input and output voltage ranges. The device accepts input voltages from 4.5 to 13.8 Vdc and provides an adjustable output voltage range of 0.59 to 5.1 V with a maximum load current of 20 A, delivering up to 100 W of output power. Key technical features include 93% typical efficiency at 12 V input, ±0.2% line regulation, ±0.5% load regulation, 750 kHz switching frequency, and excellent transient response with 130 mV maximum deviation and 50 µs recovery time. The converter incorporates remote ON/OFF control, output enable functionality, over-current protection with hiccup mode, and overvoltage protection, making it ideal for telecommunications, networking equipment, and industrial applications where cost-optimized, reliable power conversion is essential.
