DESCRIPTION
ATM0430D12 is a 4.3-inch TFT LCD module featuring an active-matrix a-Si TFT driver with 480×(RGB)×272 resolution and normally white transmissive display mode. The module has an active area of 95.04 mm (W) × 53.856 mm (H) with a dot pitch of 0.0660 mm (W) × 0.1980 mm (H), and measures 105.5 mm (W) × 67.2 mm (H) × 2.9 mm (D) with anti-glare surface treatment and RGB-stripe color arrangement. It operates with a digital interface supporting parallel RGB input at 5–12 MHz pixel clock frequency, with LED backlight voltage of 25.2–31.5 V and current of 18–22 mA, delivering typical power consumption of 0.558 W for backlight and 0.056 W for the panel. The display offers a contrast ratio of 400–500, luminance of 400–500 cd/m², viewing angles of 70° (left, right, top) and 50° (bottom), and response time of 25–50 msec, making it suitable for portable navigation systems, industrial control panels, and consumer electronics requiring compact, high-quality visual output.
