DESCRIPTION

815 is a hand-held component tester designed for measuring capacitance and resistance, as well as testing various electronic components. It features a capacitance measurement range of 0.1 pF to 20 mF with accuracy of ±(0.5% rdg + 1 dgt), and a resistance measurement range of 0.1O to 20MO with accuracy of ±(0.5% rdg + 1 dgt). The tester includes a 3½ digit extra large (0.8") high contrast LCD display and offers testing functions for transistors (including beta and leakage), diodes, SCRs, LEDs, and batteries. Housed in a 5-foot drop-proof heavy duty case with dimensions of 6.88 x 3.25 x 1.5" (175 x 83 x 38 mm) and weighing 11.6 oz (326g), this portable instrument is ideal for field service technicians and electronics hobbyists requiring versatile component testing capabilities.
