DESCRIPTION

The 8810/013 is a rare earth magnet component that enables users to build custom magnet holder assemblies for integration with ACW4 absolute single-turn and TCW4 absolute multi-turn sensors. The magnet features a cylindrical design with a diameter of 10 mm (±0.10 mm) and a thickness of 2.50 mm (±0.10 mm), providing precise dimensional tolerances for reliable sensor alignment. The magnet holder system simplifies installation and alignment of the magnet to the sensor assembly, with available mounting options including female support, male support, and front mount configurations for various shaft diameters (6 mm to 14 mm). This modular approach allows engineers to customize sensor solutions during development while ensuring optimal performance in rotational position sensing applications.
