DESCRIPTION

7934A-010-1000 is a DataTuff waterblocked Enhanced Category 5e multi-conductor cable designed for industrial Ethernet and harsh environment applications. It features 4 bonded pairs of 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors with polyolefin insulation and polymer gel waterblocking, enclosed in a sun-resistant LLPE jacket with an overall nominal diameter of 5.842 mm. The cable operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +75°C and offers 100 ohm nominal impedance with a velocity of propagation of 70%. It meets TIA 568.2 Category 5e and ISO/IEC 11801 Class D standards, supporting applications including Gigabit Ethernet, 100Base TX, AES/EBU Digital Audio, and RS-422, making it ideal for burial and halogen-free installations in demanding industrial environments.
