DESCRIPTION

8241A-BLK-1000 is a 75 Ohm RG-59/U type coaxial cable designed for reliable signal transmission in various applications. It features a 23 AWG solid bare copper-covered steel (BCCS) conductor with 0.023" diameter, flame-retardant semi-foam polyethylene insulation (0.146" diameter), and a bare copper braid shield providing 95% coverage with a PVC jacket. The cable offers a nominal characteristic impedance of 75 Ohms, velocity of propagation of 66%, capacitance of 20.5 pF/ft, and conductor DC resistance of 49.0 Ohm/1000 ft. With a temperature rating of 75°C, UL/C(UL) CMG rating, and FT4 flame test compliance, this RoHS-compliant cable is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations requiring dependable coaxial signal transmission.
