DESCRIPTION

9418-CHR-500 is a 4-conductor 18AWG electronic cable designed for low voltage analog signals, control applications, and audio communications. It features tinned copper conductors with 19x30 stranding, semi-rigid PVC insulation with 0.011 in nominal wall thickness, and an overall Beldfoil shield for electromagnetic interference protection. The cable has a PVC outer jacket with 0.245 in nominal diameter and 0.035 in wall thickness, rated for 300V operation and temperatures from -20°C to +80°C. With a nominal conductor DCR of 6.5 Ohm/1000ft and maximum recommended current of 5.0 Amps per conductor at 25°C ambient, this CMG-rated cable is suitable for indoor panel wiring, low voltage control (24V), and line level audio applications.
