The 9491-CHR-U500 is a 300V power-limited tray cable designed for control and signal transmission in industrial and commercial installations. It features 22 AWG triads with 7x30 stranded tinned copper conductors, twisted configuration, and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation and jacket, providing robust protection in demanding environments. The cable operates over a temperature range of -30°C to +105°C with a maximum recommended current of 3.8 amps per conductor at 25°C, and exhibits a nominal inductance of 0.21 µH/ft and capacitance of 26 pF/ft. With an overall nominal diameter of 0.208 inches and a minimum bend radius of 2 inches during installation, this cable is suitable for indoor, outdoor, and burial applications with excellent sunlight resistance. It meets UL1685 FT4 flame test requirements and complies with PLTC, ITC, and CMG specifications, making it ideal for power-limited circuits in control systems, automation equipment, and tray cable installations.
