DESCRIPTION

The 3224G-1-105E is a 4 mm SMD Trimpot® trimming potentiometer designed for surface-mount applications requiring sealed, industrial-grade performance. This side-adjust model features a 1 megohm resistance value (105E code) with ±10% tolerance and essentially infinite resolution, delivering precise adjustment capabilities. The device incorporates a cermet element with low contact resistance variation of 1% or 3 ohms maximum, operates with a 12-turn nominal adjustment angle, and withstands board wash processing with halogen-free construction meeting RoHS compliance. The trimmer is rated for 600 VAC dielectric strength at sea level and features a mechanical stop with wiper idle position, making it suitable for calibration and tuning applications in industrial electronics, instrumentation, and consumer equipment where reliable, sealed adjustment is required.
