DESCRIPTION

The 3224W-1-100E is a 4 mm surface-mount trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial applications requiring sealed, reliable adjustment. It features a top-adjust style with a 100 ohm resistance value, multiturn cermet construction, and is sealed to withstand board wash processing. The device exhibits low contact resistance variation of 1% or 3 ohms maximum, essentially infinite resolution, and an adjustment angle of 12 turns nominal. With RoHS compliance, halogen-free construction, and a pick-and-place centering design with flush adjustment, this trimmer meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standards. It is commonly used in precision calibration, signal conditioning, and tuning applications where reliable, sealed adjustment in compact form factors is essential.
