DESCRIPTION

The 3299Z-1-502LF is a 3/8" square multiturn cermet trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial sealed applications. This device features a resistance value of 5,000 ohms with ±10% tolerance, infinite resolution, and 25 turns of effective travel for precise voltage and resistance adjustments of ±0.01% and ±0.05% respectively. The potentiometer operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and is rated for 0.5 watts at 70°C and 0 watts at 125°C (maximum 300 volts). It features solderable pins with 100% tin-plated (RoHS compliant) termination, U.L. 94V-0 flammability rating, and includes mechanical stops with a wiper set at 50% of actual travel resistance. The sealed design with standoffs and five popular terminal styles makes it ideal for precision trimming applications in industrial equipment, instrumentation, and signal processing circuits where reliable long-term performance and environmental protection are required.
