DESCRIPTION

The 3314J-1-100E is a 4 mm square Trimpot® trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, designed for surface-mount applications with industrial-grade sealing and RoHS compliance. This single-turn cermet trimmer features a 100 ohm resistance value with ±20% standard tolerance, infinite resolution, and an adjustment angle of 210° nominal. The device exhibits excellent environmental performance, including 100 G shock resistance with ±1% tracking resistance stability, 20 G vibration tolerance, and thermal shock capability across 5 cycles with ±2% tracking resistance stability. The J-style configuration includes a straight adjustment slot, gull-wing pin configuration compatible with vacuum pick-and-place equipment, and meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standards. With AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualification, this trimmer is ideal for precision tuning applications in industrial electronics, instrumentation, and consumer devices requiring reliable, sealed potentiometer performance.
