DESCRIPTION

The 3314J-1-254E is a 4mm square Trimpol® trimming potentiometer manufactured by Bourns, designed for surface-mount applications in industrial sealed environments. This single-turn cermet trimmer features a resistance value of 250 kO (resistance code 254) with ±20% standard tolerance and infinite resolution. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and is rated for 0.25 watts at 70°C. It meets EIA/EIAJ/IPC/VECI SMD standards, is RoHS compliant, and carries AEC-Q200 Grade 1 qualification. The J-hook gull-wing configuration with straight adjustment slot is compatible with vacuum pick-and-place equipment and standard surface-mount manufacturing processes, making it ideal for precision circuit tuning in industrial control systems, instrumentation, and sealed electronic assemblies.
