DESCRIPTION

The 3590S-2-501L is a precision wirewound potentiometer designed for human-machine interface (HMI) applications requiring accurate resistance control and reliable performance. This model features a 500 ohm resistance value with ±5% tolerance, independent linearity of ±0.25%, and an effective electrical angle of 3600° +10° -0°, delivering excellent resolution and repeatability. The potentiometer is equipped with a metal bushing (3/8" × 5/16") and metal shaft with solder lug terminals, offering robust mechanical construction with a starting and running torque of 1.1 N-cm maximum (sealed configuration). Key mechanical specifications include a shaft runout of 0.013 mm (0.005 in.) T.I.R., lateral runout of 0.020 mm (0.008 in.)
