DESCRIPTION

3851A-282-102BL is a 3/4" diameter single-turn panel control potentiometer featuring a conductive plastic element with linear taper. This potentiometer has a 1 kO resistance value, a plain 3/8" diameter x 3/8" long bushing (A type), and a 7/8" long x 1/4" diameter shaft. Key specifications include a total resistance tolerance of ±10% or ±20%, independent linearity of ±10%, and an effective electrical angle of 250° ±5° for linear tapers. The unit features a stop strength of 56.5 N-cm (5 lb.-in.), mounting torque of 1.7-2.0 N-m maximum, and weighs 30 grams maximum. This RoHS compliant potentiometer is ideal for panel-mounted control applications requiring good resolution and a minimal depth package.
