DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-1-151LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors in a 14-pin package with a resistance value of 150 ohms. This component operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and delivers 2.00 watts power rating at 70°C. The resistor network exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and maintains TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The device features RoHS-compliant tin-plated (LF) termination, superior package integrity with a Novolac epoxy body, and is compatible with automatic insertion equipment. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and dual terminator resistor networks where reliable, precision resistor arrays are required.
