DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-1-223LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 7 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 22 kO per element. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C for values above 2.2 MO. The device is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and offers superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated (LF) termination. It delivers a power rating of 0.250 W per resistor at 70°C and features a dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS, making it suitable for DRAM applications, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination circuits.
