DESCRIPTION

The 4114R-1-913 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network featuring 7 isolated resistors in a 14-pin configuration, designed for applications requiring individual resistor elements. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and supports resistance values from 10 ohms to 10 megohms. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values between 50 O and 2.2 MO, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, and offers improved tolerance options up to ±0.5%. The 4114R-1-913 is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, features superior package integrity with a novolac epoxy body and copper solder-coated lead frame, and is available in RoHS-compliant versions. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination networks where precision resistor arrays are required.
