DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-121LF is a thick film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin configuration with a nominal resistance of 120 ohms. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range). The device delivers a power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C and maintains superior package integrity with a molded epoxy body and solder-coated copper lead frame. The tin-plated termination (LF suffix) ensures RoHS compliance, and the resistor network is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks in precision electronic systems.
